Provincial Synod 2011
The Seventh Synod of the Anglican Province of America held 7/11/11 - 7/15/11 in conjunction with The Forty-second Synod of the Diocese of the Eastern United States and The Second Synod of the Diocese of Mid America.

The 2011 Provincial Synod, with the Diocesan Synods of the DEUS and the DMA, was held at the Holiday Inn-Perimeter, Atlanta, Georgia from July 11 through July 15, 2011. Most events for the Synod were held at the hotel. On Tuesday evening there was a dinner at St. Barnabas Anglican Church for attending Clergy and their wives, Standing Committee members and their spouses, Provincial Council members and their spouses, and the St. Barnabas Vestry and their spouses. The Synod Eucharist, followed by a barbecue, was held at St. Barnabas on Wednesday evening. There was a Clergy wives luncheon on Thursday. The Synod Banquet was held on Thursday evening at the hotel. The Synod adjourned on Friday, July 15th.
